Welcome to BCC’s Affirmative Action Office. Together with the Human Resources Office, the Affirmative Action Office is the office charged with assuring that BCC’s employment practices comply with equal employment opportunity and affirmative action laws. The office is also involved in diversity education on campus. Finally, the Affirmative Action Office is a resource for people who believe they are experiencing discrimination in violation of the law or of BCC’s non-discrimination commitment.
