Over 100 alumni began the day in the Atrium of the Decker Health Science Center with breakfast and tours of the new Dental Hygiene clinics. BCC President Dr. Donald Dellow greeted the alumni and updated them on the recent endowment for new dental hygiene equipment which many attendees had contributed to. Pamela Zarkowski, Professor of Dental Hygiene in the University of Detroit School of Dentistry and a member of the Michigan bar, presented a day-long seminar are on legal and ethical issues in dental hygiene. Lunch was on the breezy roof deck of the Decker Health Science Center. During breaks in the seminar, alumni had plenty of time to visit and review vintage yearbooks. Dinner was at the Left Bank Restaurant of the Holiday Inn Arena. A beautiful night and a beautiful river view made for an enchanting evening of more conversation and nostalgic slides of early BCC Dental Hygiene classes.
