Favorite Things To Do:
I enjoy spending time with my family; wife Liz, son Tom (l6), and daughter Nicole (3). I like to attend St. James Catholic church every day. And I love to run, compete in road races and track meets, and perform the NBA Long Stick Basketball show on tour around the U.S.A. I also enjoy my work as intramural director, P.E. instructor, and cross country and men's tennis coach at Broome Community College.
