The
BCC women's softball team competes in the Mid-State Athletic
Conference, as well as the National Junior College Athletic
Association-Region III.
Recent
seasons have been fruitful for the Lady Hornets, as they
were Conference champions in 1993 and runner-up in 1994
and 1995, which is commendable given the very strong schedule.
Along
with the highly competitive nature of play, our athletes
gain desired exposure to the numerous four-year college
programs in the immediate area. With one of the finest
playing facilities in the Region, Broome is an excellent "next
step" for the softball oriented student-athlete.
