Kay Collins is the
Community Relations Assistant at the BCC Foundation. She is a proud BCC alumna
from the class of 1986, majoring in Office Technology. Kay has been with the
BCC Foundation since 1988, and is active in friendraising and fundraising with BCC Alumni, the Southern Tier Community and Corporate
donors.
At BCC, Kay provides a wide range of administrative
services- from coordinating campaign mailings to processing all your generous
contributions and maintaining the Foundation's fundraising and friendraising database.
On her personal time, Kay enjoys reading, watching movies,
crocheting, spending time with her sisters, and playing the slot machines--ca ching!--where ever she can find them. Kay can be reached at

Jessie
Stone He joined the BCC Foundation in October 2005 as Director of- Development, where
her primary responsibility is coordinating the Annual Fund
(including campaigns for alumni, faculty/staff, corporations, community
members, foundations and service organizations). In this role Jessie has the
unique opportunity to work with numerous dedicated community volunteers,
student staffers who work on the Foundation's annual phonathons,
as well as committed BCC faculty and staff.
Prior to coming to BCC, Jessie served as the first Director
of Development for the YWCA of Cortland. Jessie holds a Masters Degree in
Public Administration from the
Maxwell
School
at
Syracuse
University
, where she specialized in
nonprofit management, and earned her Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics
and Philosophy from
Binghamton
University
.
Recently relocated to the Southern Tier, Jessie has begun
serving as a board member of the YWCA of Binghamton, and is looking forward to
getting involved in other local organizations. A first-time homebuyer with her
husband Bee, Jessie spends much of her free time fixing up and decorating their
1930s home. She also enjoys line dancing, performing in community
theater, a good book, and walks with her very young (and hyper) dog,
Duncan

Pat Diorio joined the
BCC Foundation as Assistant to the Executive Director in September 2005,
performing a wide range of administrative services for the Executive Director
and Board of Directors. She is especially pleased to work with BCC students and
faculty in coordinating the competition and awarding of over 200 merit
scholarships.
Pat graduated from BCC with an AAS in Business Management
& Marketing before earning her BA in Human Development from
Binghamton
University
. Pat has held human resources
and administrative positions in business and government and has provided
independent marketing and consulting services from a home-based business.
Outside of work, she enjoys writing, outdoor sports,
traveling with her husband Luke, and spending time with their growing family.

Jeanne Kline is the
Fiscal Manager of the BCC Foundation. Having earned her B.A. from The College
of Wooster (
Ohio
) and her M.B.A. from
Syracuse
University
, she has experience in both
small business and the not-for-profit world. As the primary contact for dealing
with Foundation financial issues, Jeanne works with the Executive Director and
the Foundation Board to ensure that funds are managed efficiently and put to
effective use. She finds the work rewarding in that it gives her a chance to
participate in providing assistance to the College and its students, while
allowing her to use the skills she enjoys in an enriched campus setting.
When not at work Jeanne enjoys keeping in touch with her two
grown daughters, reading, touring wineries, boating, and travel, especially to
tropical destinations. A fan of country living, she also spends time helping

Natalie M. Thompson began her tenure as Director of Alumni Affairs on October 11, 2005 and is a
long-time resident of the Southern Tier, currently residing in Owego with her
husband and two sons. She received her BA in International Relations from
Syracuse
University
and her MBA in Marketing from
Georgia
College
. She brings to
BCC over 15 years of professional experience as a staff member and volunteer
for numerous regional non-profit organizations. Her professional career has
included serving as a Planner for the
United
Way
of
Broome
County
, Assistant
Director of Action for Older Persons, Deputy Commissioner of Tioga County
Department of Social Services and as a consultant to various public and private
agencies. Ms. Thompson is currently a member of the boards of United Health
Services, Rural Health Network,
Ideal
Senior
Living
Center
and the Community
Foundation of South Central New York.
Ms. Thompson states, "Having been involved with alumni
groups from my alma maters, I understand the importance of cultivating
life-long bonds that will benefit the institution as well as current and future
alumni. I am excited to be part of a process that will strengthen the

Dr. Judy U. Siggins attended the
University
of
Chicago
where she
received her BA, MA and PhD degrees. She also studied in the former Soviet
Union at
Leningrad
State
University
and at
Harvard
University
's Institute for Educational
Management. Judy taught Russian and Russian Literature before turning to
management and development work. She ran the Center for Policy Study at the
University
of
Chicago
for two years, and then was chief operating officer of Harvard's
Dumbarton
Oaks
Research
Center
and Museum in
Washington
DC
for 11 years.
In 1988 after years of commuting, she moved to
Binghamton
to join her husband, a professor at
Binghamton
University
, and to become Vice President
for Marketing /Development for WSKG Public Broadcasting, where she remained
until 1993. Since then she has been Executive Director of the award-winning
Broome Community College Foundation.
At BCC Judy has led the Foundation to a series of
record-breaking fund raising years with an increasing donor base. She also
streamlined and upgraded the Foundation's financial, management and computer
systems while dramatically increasing support of and by the Foundation.
She is involved in the State University of New York's
statewide development efforts through service on the Executive Board of the
Chief Advancement Officers organization. Judy is also involved in the community
through her participation in Rotary, and service on the Boards of the
Binghamton Philharmonic, Lourdes Hospice, the local
chapter of the American Red Cross, Binghamton Rotary Charities, and the
Broome County United Way
.
She is an avid gardener, traveler, and loves to read mysteries. Judy can be
