Notes:

1. Accuracy is how close you are to the true measurement
2.  Precision is measured by how many decimal places the measurement instrument can measure an object.
3. Absolute error is the difference between the true value and the measurement you took.
4.  Relative error is the percent error between the true value and the measurement you took.
5.  A random error cannot be helped.
6. A systematic error is an error in the way the system is designed. These errors can be avoided.

Skills to be mastered in this section:
1.  Round a number to a specific place value.
2.  Find absolute and relative errors.
3.  Discover which measurement is more precise and which is more accurate.
