Consulting: If you would like instruction on any equipment, stop by our office in B-020. We can also advise you regarding classrooms, equipment placement, and what equipment would benefit your class. We have large number of vendors and catalogues available if you wish help in purchasing equipment.

Technical Services: The Media Services Department supports public events at the college. We provide sound systems for all major events on campus, as well as other media needs for the events. Most major and many other public events are video recorded for student use. If you wish to record an event for student use, please email or call X-5004. (Please call in advance)

One-week notice is required for any event that requires Media Services personnel to set-up or operate equipment. Any request that occurs during hours that Media Services is not normally open (i.e. late evenings, weekends), for any AV setups, must be made at least one week in advance and receive special permission of the Director of the Learning Resources Center. Media Services cannot guarantee its availability to setup equipment for all requests. Departments and campus organizations are responsible for arranging payment for services by Media Services Staff. (Pay rate based on current salary rate depending on position.)
