WebCT (K) Courses
WebCT Student Orientation Guide - This is a guide to online learning and the WebCT course tools.
At BCC we designate WebCT Courses with a K designator. For example - ABC101K Learning Online. For assistance contact the The BCC Help Desk.
SLN/SUNY Learning Network (Y) Courses
At BCC we designate SUNY Learning Network Courses with a Y designator. For example - ABC100Y Introduction to Learning Online. For SLN courses only, contact the SLN Help Desk: (800) 875-6269 or helpdesk@SLN.suny.edu
Video-Based Courses (Z )
At BCC we designate Video-based Courses with a Z designator. For help with the WebCT component of these courses, contact the BCC Help Desk. Direct other problems or questions to your online instructor.
