Time Magazine Photographer To Visit
Broome Community College Thursday Afternoon
-Photographer Will Capture Presentation Of $7,500 Check To BCC From Jack Sherman Toyota-

(TOWN OF DICKENSON, NY) Broome Community College President Dr. Laurence Spraggs today announced a photographer from Time Magazine will be on campus to capture a check presentation at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 4, 2006. (Media: Meet in President Spraggs Office, which is located in the Wales Administration Building. The Time photographer will then designate a location on campus.)

Dr. Spraggs will be joined by Jim Corey, President of Jack Sherman Toyota, BCC students, staff and administration officials. Mr. Sherman will present Dr. Spraggs with a check in the amount of $7,500, which will be utilized for scholarships for area high school seniors.

The photographer from Time Magazine will capture the event, which will appear in an upcoming issue of Time Magazine.
