The BCC Academic Chairperson's Guide was developed by Harold H. Trimm (Chair, Chemistry Department)and Terri Fadden (Chair, Academic Advising) as part of a project for the BCC Leadership Academy.

It was developed solely as an aid to orient new chairpeople. Information should always be checked with the latest college policy, procedures, forms, and labor contracts.
