Downtown Center

Broome Community College students now have the opportunity to take select courses at the Binghamton University Downtown Center on Washington Street in downtown Binghamton. 

NOTE: Before registering for these classes, students should be aware that they will be responsible for their own parking.  Please see link to downtown map for directions and parking options.

Owego Extension

Broome Community College is offering courses in Owego. These courses are open to all students matriculated and non-matriculated, full-time and part-time. For a detailed brochure of credit classes in Owego, contact Laura St. George at 778-5012 or stgeorge_l@sunybroome.edu.

All classes will be held in new classrooms in the lower level of the Tioga County Office Building located at 56 Main Street, Owego.

From Route 17, take Exit 64 (cross bridge into Owego) and turn left onto Front Street.  Take first right turn onto Academy Street.  The County Office Building is on the left.

OWLS Program (Older Wiser Learners)

The OWLs (Older Wiser Learners) consortium is bringing Broome County’s seniors back into the classroom, and BCC is leading the way. OWLs is a joint effort of the Broome County Office for the Aging, BCC, and local senior citizens centers. OWLs classes blend traditional-age students and senior citizens, providing a unique learning environment.
