International Admission

Broome Community College welcomes students from other countries! The College is authorized by the U.S. Justice Department to issue the necessary Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant F-1 Student Status (Form I-20) to international students planning to enter the U.S. and attend BCC on an F-1 Student Visa.

International Admission Requirements

International students should submit the following to the Admissions Office:

Official or certified copies of all secondary and post-secondary academic records (transcripts). Records should include the grades/marks of all subjects completed and the results of any external examinations. Records should also indicate any diplomas, degrees or certificates earned.

If records are not in English, a certified, literal translation should be sent with the official document.
