This $300 award is given to a continuing undergraduate
who is an active member of ASCE in good academic standing. |
Samuel
J. Berkovits Memorial Scholarship
A $500 award is given to a senior in civil engineering technology
who is considering a career in the construction field. The awardee
should be a resident of Broome, Tioga, Delaware, Otsego or Chenango
counties and have a minimum 3.5 GPA. |
Broome
County Association of Town Highway Superintendents Emesel H. Corey
Memorial Award and Robert J. Finch Memorial Award
These two $800 awards are for freshmen returning for the second
year, majoring in civil engineering technology with a minimum 3.0
GPA and financial need. |
Broome
Bituminous Scholarship
This $500 award is for a student with an interest in highway construction
and has a 2.5 GPA, with preference given to a Broome County resident. |

Nelson Memorial Scholarship of the Plumbing, Heating and Cooling
Contractors Association
An award of $1,500 is given to a minority student pursuing a career
in one of the Association’s areas. |
Ernest
J. and Theresa A. Pilotti Memorial Scholarship
This $500 award is given to an outstanding civil engineering technology
student. |
Southern
Tier Association of Land Surveyors-Newton Boyce Memorial Scholarship
This $500 award is given to a full-time BCC senior who is interested
in pursuing a career in land surveying. |

Alpha Pi Honor Society Awards
Students who maintain a GPA of at least 3.5 and graduate
in the top 5% of their class are eligible for this ASEE recognition. |
