Transfer Opportunities

Graduates of the Electrical Engineering Technology (EET) program at Broome Community College who are interested in continuing their education in a Baccalaureate Program in Technology can receive a full two-year transfer of credit. Statewide, The Rochester Institute of Technology, SUNY College of Technology at Utica, and SUNY Institute of Technology at Alfred allow EET graduates who meet minimum GPA requirements to enter their programs as Juniors. BCC students typically find that their GPA's increase at the transferring institution due to the strength of BCC's Electrrical Engineering Technology program. Transfer opportunities also exist outside of New York.
