PRIORITY FUNDING DATES

Fall Semester...........................April 1

Spring Semester.......................November 1

New and returning students should apply for financial aid as soon after January 1 as possible. Because all campus-based funds are limited, students are strongly encouraged to submit the appropriate forms at least four weeks before the above priority dates.

Completed applications consist of the Financial Aid Office receiveing the student's FAFSA output electronically from the Central Processor. Those applications received prior to April 1 will be given first priority. Applications received after this date will be completed in date received order.

The FAFSA should be completed on-line (www.fafsa.ed.gov) or mailed to the Federal processor before March 1. All students are required to apply using the FAFSA in order to be considered for any of the federal financial aid programs.
