1. Experience: 100% of program graduates will have had a variety of clinical experiences which include but are not limited to acute care, subacute rehabilitation, out-patient orthopedics, pediatric, geriatric and developmental disabilities.
2. Professional Behavior: At least 85% of program graduates will maintain APTA membership and at least 85% of employers will rate graduates as average or above average in professional behavior, interpersonal skills and communication skills.
3. Life Long Learning: 100% of graduates will participate in professional continuing education.
4. Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, and Integration of Skills and Procedures Learned in all Coursework: At least 85% of employers will rate graduates as average to above average in critical thinking, problem solving and integration of skills.
5. Cultural Competence: At least 85% of employers will rate graduates as average to above average in cultural competency.
6. Physical Therapy Intervention and Data Collection: At least 85% of employers will rate graduates as average to above average in PT interventions and data collection.
7. Performance on the FSBPT Licensing Examination: The average graduate pass rate will be at least 80% over a 3 year period.
8. Employment Rate: At least 90% of graduates seeking employment will be employed within 1 year of graduation.
9. Current Technology: At least 85% of employers will rate graduates as competent in computer and other current technology as it relates to the Physical Therapy environment. |
