Application Checklist for Online Students
  1. Complete an application for admission
  2. Have Official High School Transcript sent to Admissions
  3. Have Official College Transcripts sent to Admissions (if applicable)
  4. Send General Equivalency Diploma sent to Admissions (if applicable)
  5. Send evidence of immunity to measles (2 doses), mumps and rubella, and evidence of meningococcal vaccine or declination form toStudent Health Department
  6. Submit a completed Certificate of Residency each academic year to the Student Accounts Office
