| The International Student Counselor is authorized by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to endorse visa application certificates (I-20s), travel documents, and immigration documents related to employment. Your International Student Counselor can also offer training, written matters, and advising on current immigration regulations to assist international students in maintaining their legal status while studying in the United States . These services are available to BCC international students before they leave their home country, upon arrival, and throughout their stay at Broome Community College. |

The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM all year (excluding major holidays). To make an appointment with the ISC, please visit the office or call 607-778-5001. Walk in hours are available during the school year, please call for current days and times.
