It can also provide practicing professionals with the skills and knowledge needed to assume additional DTP responsibilities at their current places of employment. Students are introduced to a variety of concepts vital to individuals working in this field. This includes Page Layout, Computer Graphics, Design and Illustration, Photography and Marketing.DTP Students can complete a certificate in two semesters by taking an average of 15 credits each semester. With proper planning and advisement, students may be able to apply the 30 credits earned toward an AAS degree in Business Information Management or Individual studies. The following is a suggested combination of the required courses needed to complete the DTP Certificate. Not all courses will be offered every semester. Students are encouraged to work with their advisors to plan their schedules. |
