Men's Basketball

The Broome Community College Men's Basketball team is a highly respected Division III (non-scholarship) program. The Hornets are members of the rugged Mid-State Athletic Conference which includes some of the top Division III teams in New York State. The non-league schedule includes many other top teams in the Region as well as some Division I and II teams in the NY-NJ-PA area. The BCC team has enjoyed much success by regularly earning a Conference playoff spot, qualifying for the Regional playoffs and making a National Final Four appearance. The team is always a blend of local players and non-area recruits that has maintained a tradition of high achievement with a team concept. BCC is an excellent place to further develop your game, gain additional exposure to recruiters and play for national recognition.
