Women's Basketball

The Broome Community College women's basketball program has become one of the most competitive teams in Division III, Region III women's basketball. The Lady Hornets have been ranked as one of the top ten teams in the nation and have been one of the top four teams within Region III. The team has made both Region III and Mid-State Athletic Conference post season play nine of the last ten years, and has captured several MSAC championships.

This consistent achievement reflects a high level of dedication and discipline-producing three NJCAA All-Americans, two Region III MVP's, three Conference MVP's and many other players recognized annually by their placement on All-Region and All-Conference teams.

The BCC women's basketball program is a non-scholarship program that actively recruits student-athletes from throughout the local area as well as the greater Northeast. The women's basketball team works hard both in the classroom and on the court.
