Additional online documentation specific to ANGEL is located at the SLN Knowledge Base. The Instructional Designers in the Teaching Resource Center are available to assist faculty on a walk-in basis during open lab hours on Wednesdays from 12-2 and Thursdays from 9 - 11. They can also be reached during normal office hours at (607) 778-5611 and tch_ctr@sunybroome.edu . Faculty can also direct their technical questions with ANGEL to the SLN Help Desk. Problems with usernames or passwords are addressed by our local BCC Help Desk. | |
