Kelli Ligeikis, Ed.D., Team Leader

Kelli currently serves the College as the Dean of the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) Division. Prior to this, Kelli served as the Chair of the Civil Engineering Technology Department where she has taught for the past 22 years. Kelli has a B.S. from Clarkson University, an M.A. from Binghamton University and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. Kelli is a licensed Professional Engineer and was the recipient of the Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Teaching in 2006.

As Team Leader of the newly formed Fast Forward Center, Kelli’s primary focus is to lead her team in providing an organized and efficient process allowing for expanded interactions with local high schools and promoting new avenues for success in concurrent enrollment. Overall, Kelli sees her role as one of promoting P-16 partnerships and creating lifelong learning opportunities for the students she serves. Contact Kelli

Katie McGowan Bucci, Facilitator

As the Fast Forward Facilitator, Katie coordinates our concurrent enrollment program with area high schools. She is the liaison between the College and high school administrators, instructors, and students. Katie is committed to facilitating effective partnerships to increase opportunity and accessibility to students.

Katie is a prior Fast Forward student herself, as well as an alum of Broome Community College, Human Services ‘03. She also has a B.A. in Psychology from SUNY Albany, and a M.A. in Social Science with a concentration in Student Affairs & Diversity from Binghamton University. Katie also serves BCC as an Adjunct Instructor of Psychology. Contact Katie
