In order to facilitate the implementation of the Banner core systems, we have created several teams with specific responsibilities. These teams will meet throughout the implementation to discuss and resolve issues, attend training, and complete the tasks necessary to go live. While the core members of the teams will remain the same, each team may add members or call in additional people as their expertise is needed. Certain individuals will be taking on multiple roles in the implementation by serving on several of the implementation teams.
