Things

The DEC10... a machine among machines. I saved this sign from my first computer. It was a KA-1040 36-bit processor with 1 Mb, or was that 256K of memory. It filled a large room in the basement and supported about 40 users. It had an operator interface panel with a paper tape reader and lots of lights, buttons and switches on it. Check out page or this page for more information on the DEC-10.
