Individual Professional Growth Plan (IPGP)
The IPGP is a three-year growth plan required to apply for Foundation Professional Development funds. Faculty may substitute their Professional Development Plan (PDP).

Travel Form*

Used for any travel off campus for college business, conferences, etc. This is a triplicate form required for such things as reimbursement of travel expenses. Part of the form must be completed before travel, the remainder after travel is complete.
